SUNDAY
Adult Christian Education, Sundays,
9:45 – 10:40 a.m.
“Covenant Communities” We’ll look at four men called to lead – Joshua
(9/6), Gideon (9/13), Ezra (9/20) and Nehemiah (9/27).
Leadership is shared in these Bible-based, Christ-focused, United
Methodist approved studies. Daily
Bible studies help us stay grounded in scripture.

Centering
Prayer
Women’s
Bible Study: Wednesdays, 9:30-11 a.m., in Amity Fellowship Hall starting
9/16 – Led by Rev. Molly Shivers and Rev. Suzanne Dornsmith – Women of all
ages are invited to join us for our second year beginning September 16 with a
look at The Sacred Echo by Margaret Feinberg. This study expresses the
idea that God repeats messages to us in multiple ways so that we will pay
attention. Childcare is provided. Contact

Centering
Prayer, 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Those who participate find contemplation makes us more aware of God, our own
needs and the needs of others as we focus on the living Christ around us and
inside our very minds. Prayer in silence is just as effective and worshipful as
vocal praying, but requires education, training and practice. To learn more,
